Cancellation Policy 

We understand that schedules can change. Please review our cancellation terms:

Standard Cancellation: Cancelled more than 2 hours before pickup → Full refund issued.

Late Cancellation: Cancelled within 2 hours of pickup → 50% of booked delivery fee charged.

Driver on Route or On-Site: If cancelled once the driver is on route or on-site → 100% of the delivery fee charged.

Rescheduling: Reschedules requested with less than 2 hours’ notice may be charged as a late cancellation.

Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Our goal is to remain fair to our clients while respecting the time and resources dedicated by our drivers.
